Bratton Appraisal no longer publishes rental or vacancy surveys.

Additionally, the BRATTON REPORT, which tracks residential trends in the area, will be available beginning in April 2008 to all members of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors at no charge via download from the MLS website.  Bratton Appraisal no longer handles subscriptions to the report. Non MLS members should associate with a member in order to obtain a copy.
